Club Cleopatra Victory Celebration - March 26th, 2011

To celebrate the defeat of the City of Montreal and it’s plans to expropriate the landmark Club Cleopatra, a Victory Party and burlesque show (hosted by the fabulous Reena) is planned at Café Cleopatra on Saturday, March 26th, 2011.
Featuring: Velma Candyass, Dead Doll Dancers, bellydancers, Nat King Pole, Tommy Toxic, and more…
A $5 donation is suggested, and the burlesque show starts at 9 pm (doors open open at 8 pm). Everyone who supports local culture, heritage, and burlesque entertainment is invited to raise a glass, celebrate, and hear about the artists’ next step in saving “The Main” national historic site from further devastation – and demanding their say in the development of the Quartier des Spectacles!
